Q1) What is cashback offer on Fortune Oil Products?

You are entitled to get Cashback up to Rs.250/- on every purchase of 5Ltr Fortune Refined Sunlite oil jar after completion of the steps mentioned under how to redeem on the website or the voucher.

Q2) How can I participate in the campaign?

You can participate in the promotion by purchasing Fortune Oil products and following the redemption steps mentioned on the voucher and under how to redeem section on the campaign website.

Q3) Where will I find the 6-digit code?

You will find the 6 digit alpha-numeric code on the label of the Fortune Oil pack.

Q4) How many times can I participate in the campaign?

You can participate 2 times per user per month under the promotion offer.

Q5) How do I use / register the unique code?

When customer buys product, he/she will receive a unique code (on pack) along with miss call number. Customer gives a miss call (9739492113) and receives the Campaign URLwww.fortune.toprewards.in through WhatsApp and SMS.

STEP 1-Registration

Customer will click on the campaign URL and complete his Registration process by entering the below details

  • Unique Code
  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • State/City
  • E-mail id
  • Mode of Reward (UPI/Bank Account)
  • Captcha

and submit the details. Post submission he will receive the Verification code through SMS and WhatsApp.

Step 2-Verification

On successful verification he will receive the cashback reward with 48 hours. (Also a message will be sent post submission through SMS and WhatsApp)

PS- If the customer’s number (through which gave us a miss call) is not registered on WhatsApp he will only receive an SMS.

Q6) I have messaged as per step mentioned but did not receive the verification code. What should I do?

Please check if your SMS inbox/WhatsApp is full or have you registered on DND service. If you are still unable to receive the SMS reply please call our help desk support number on - 022-66067000.

Q7) I received a reply “Voucher code already used”. What should I do?

Q8) There is no voucher code printed on the voucher. What should I do?

Q9) How much cashback will receive?

You will receive Cashback up to Rs.250/- on every purchase of 5Ltr Fortune Refined Sunlite oil jar either on UPI or Bank A/C.

Q10) When will I receive my Cashback?

After completing two steps as mentioned in Q 5, you will receive your cashback within 48 hours.

Q11) What is the campaign validity?

The campaign is valid from 18th July 2025 to 18th January 2026 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier

Q12) What happens if I enter wrong UPI-PIN?

In case you enter the wrong UPI PIN, the transaction will fail. Once the UPI ID is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails/ calls regarding change of UPI ID will be taken into consideration.
